Lorena, Thank you for sharing with me the experiences I am having about my body being a vessel. As a beginner I was unaware of what was happening but when I awoke I have remembered that past readings from you about being careful on traveling away from our bodies, due to the other spirits whom can make themselves at home. This would be a great subject in your book to touch on the Positive and negative spirits that can come to us until we can control our spirits. Grounding ourselves and visualizing the roots like a tree with branches reaching out to the Universal energy and to Mother Earths energy will help us find our way back home. I also would suggest a subject regarding listening to our spirits our guides as you might call them or our essence because understanding that they speak to us has helped me in my career, my life, family and spiritual growth on where they lead me and how powerful they are to warn us of dangers. Knowing to trust our Angels when they speak is the Key. They warned me about our trip to Mexico, where I almost lost my husband, son and brother to the ocean. Thank God for Angels and the strength they gave me to GO when I feared going this trip and to be there to save my family from a persons worst nightmare. Thank you for bringing clarity to the old spirits who spoke to me that night after the accident and held me so high in their noble kingdom. I have since felt much better and will always look to them and trust in my faith and spirits that guide me. Thanks Lorena you've been a wonderful teacher and insightful person to help me understand what goes on around us. I miss having you near in Washington. Should you need more ideas for your book let me know - I am sure with the help and guidance you have given me on my abilities we could share some more. Tonja
